You will improve your Olympic Weightlifting Technique and become more efficient, which will lead to PRs!

This 5 Day program is a mix of olympic lifting, strength, and general capacity work.

This program is designed with the intention to not only improve how much you are lifting but to improve your mechanics as well.

Working not only on weight lifted but the integrity of the lift.

The workouts are written on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday but can be performed on any day of the week.
