I’m excited to say after a year of working out at home, we’re able to offer our Athlete Weekend Camps once again (see our Safety protocols below).

These weekends are transformative! Think high-intensity with camaraderie.

Coach Wu and her dedicated coaching team will lead you in a step-by-step process, for safe and efficient Olympic Lifts – leaving no one behind!

We partner with each athlete to ensure you get as much growth and learning as you’re capable of (it’s usually more than you think!).

This course is perfect for everyone from the beginner to the intermediate/advanced athlete.

WuLift will go step-by-step and cover:

Intermediate/advanced athletes – you’re in great hands! Coach Wu will watch your technique to take you “next level”.
